First one we did, putting it together in August of 2004 for the September 4 World Cup qualifier against El Salvador. This was expensive and time consuming, as we did it using nylon flag cloth and fabric paint, not realizing that fabric paint and nylon don’t always get along very well–several areas, especially Cartman himself, had to be repainted. Finished size is 5′x30′.
